We’re Hiring! Delivery Analyst | Hybrid or Remote (Mexico)

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about data quality and efficient processes? We’re looking for a Delivery Analyst to join our team and help deliver clean, segmented, and ready-to-market data that powers multi-channel marketing for global clients.

What You’ll Do :

As a Delivery Analyst, you will :

Deliver accurate and on-time data outputs to clients and / or vendors.
Monitor and verify data processing jobs, ensuring integrity and efficiency.
Troubleshoot, modify, and escalate processing issues when needed.
Set up and manage complex data flows, ad hoc builds, and file transfers.
Communicate directly with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
Ensure full compliance with SLAs, QA processes, and security standards.
Participate in change management processes and help mentor junior team members.

What We’re Looking For :

Advanced or bilingual English (written and spoken) is required.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT, data processing, or delivery operations.

Solid understanding of relational databases and data quality practices .

Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL , Shell scripting , or tools such as Unix / Linux , Datastage , File Transfer Protocols , and Campaign Management Tools .

Attention to detail and the ability to audit and monitor technical processes.

Strong communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.

Work Setup :

Hybrid or fully remote role based in Mexico .

Work with a global team supporting enterprise clients.
