Supply Chain Optimization Lead
As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels and accuracy, replenishment signals, parts presentation, and delivery processes in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any parts-related outage within your assigned area of responsibility
- Coordinate product orders from offsite storage locations specific to your designated region
- Maintain and monitor inventory within established parameters
- Count, tag, and catalog obsolete items for consolidation and disposition
- Ensure operational inventory accuracy (OIA)
- Support compliance with CTPAT certification requirements
Process Improvement :
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in inventory control within your assigned regionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvementsPFEP Maintenance :
Own the updating and maintenance of the PFEP for your designated regionTrack key metrics, including line outages, Inventory Days On Hand (DOH), and inventory levelsRequirements :
Experience in material supply chain and / or operations managementUnderstanding of inventory control, shipping, logistics, supply chain, distribution, and finance principlesGreen belt certification is an assetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experienceFluency in EnglishPredominantly office-based role with less than 10% travel required
