Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
• Utilize JIRA to create and manage projects, track progress, generate reports, and facilitate agile workflows.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data for decision-making and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and supply chain, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Drive demand planning initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize forecasting and inventory management.
