Maintenance Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Operations Leader to spearhead our plant's equipment, facilities, and infrastructure reliability, availability, and efficiency. As a key leadership position, you will take full ownership of maintenance operations across molding, automation, and radio frequency processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure technical strength, accountability, and reliability focus.
• Implement TPM methodology across production processes.
• Oversee daily and long-term equipment maintenance to ensure availability and rapid response to downtime.
• Collaborate with Engineering for new equipment introductions, tooling, and process improvements.
