They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.As a Director in financial due diligence, you will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues.You will set the tone, inspire others, and drive business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
