Job Description

• Analyze and monitor existing processes to propose and implement improvements
• Follow up performance indicators of continuous improvement actions either in the product or in processes.
• Monitoring the behavior of the different product-process trends in their critical parameters (SPC), as well as being responsible for analyzing them and proposing changes and adjustments if necessary.
• Identify and implement the potential for technical optimization of production processes in terms of quality, efficiency and capacity (e.g. process parameters such as extrusion speed, vulcanization time, cutting speed, etc.) in accordance with standards.
• Participates in the analysis and solution of problems to reduce waste.
