Remote Paralegal(US Personal Injury Law)

A Los Angeles based Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for a Remote Paralegal to join its team. The candidate must be licensed in his / her country as an attorney or have Paralegal experience in California Personal Injury law. The requirement for this position is 2+ years experience working for a California based Personal Injury Law.

Experience in US / California Personal Injury Law is required.

The position will be focused primarily discovery and intake management, which includes the following job duties :

• Assist in the legal discovery process by organizing, reviewing, and managing case related documents and evidence.
• Understands filing protocols in CA (and in Los Angeles is a big plus)
• Support attorneys in identifying relevant materials through document review platforms, ensured compliance with discovery deadlines, and maintained meticulous records of correspondence and disclosures.
• Experience with reviewing and summarizing written discovery, as well as propounding written discovery.
• Experience with scheduling court calls and look up case registry in California courts.
• Additional task such as drafting, document management, incoming calls, client follow ups, etc. may be assigned from time-to-time.

Pay Depends on experience(Range) :  MX$186.53 - MX$242.49 per hour
