What you’ll do
- Become a strategic member of the Americas Leadership team.
- Help build the future of Emma’s finance for Americas by driving strategic finance initiatives.
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives and projects, working with teams across departments to ensure successful execution.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and develop recommendations for optimization on diverse topics.
- Review, improve and disrupt internal processes, operational setup and connected strategies for increased efficiency and excellence on a global scale.
- Shape teams by challenging and advancing organizational structures and team composition and supporting growth of future leaders.
