Your Role
We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Agentic Workflows team, building the next generation of AI-powered workflow automation for our SaaS B2B platform. You’ll design and deliver intelligent, scalable systems that help businesses work smarter and achieve better outcomes.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to bring innovative features to life. You’ll apply your deep understanding of software design patterns, stay ahead of industry trends, and drive continuous improvement across our platform. You’ll also take ownership of technical excellence—identifying and addressing tech debt, ensuring reliability, and delivering high-quality, well-tested code.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of relevant software engineering experience (backend, full-stack, or systems)Proficiency in Golang, Typescript, and ReactExtensive experience with cloud computing platforms (ideally AWS) and containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesProven ability to make well-reasoned design and development trade-offs within your domain and provide high-level guidance to othersExperience collaborating with Product Management and cross-functional teams to scope and deliver long-term plansStrong sense of code ownership and technical stewardship, with an emphasis on clarity, maintainability, and performanceOperates with a comprehensive understanding of domain boundaries and stakeholder goals, enabling forward-thinking architectural decisionsDemonstrated leadership through mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge sharingWhile not required, experience with Gemini, LangChain, or other agentic and AI workflow technologies is a strong plusFamiliarity with modern LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration tools, or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) will help you excel in this roleSalary
