Descripción del trabajoConduct detailed research and evaluation of all CIS Controls applicable to Windows and Mac workstations. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT, security, and compliance teams, to align on control requirements and priorities. Develop an implementation plan for approved CIS controls, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives. Execute the implementation of controls across Windows and Mac endpoints, ensuring security, compliance, and minimal disruption to operations. Provide documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Work closely with the team members to manage the initiative from start to finish. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune controls for effectiveness and compliance.
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer to lead the implementation of CIS (Center for Internet Security) Controls across our Windows and Mac workstation environments.
What you need :
- 6 years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with endpoint security management across Windows and Mac environments.
- In-depth understanding of CIS Controls and security best practices.
- Proven experience implementing endpoint security frameworks in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of security tools, endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf, SCCM, etc.), and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- English advanced
