Recruitment and Selection Intern

A leading automotive financing company is looking for a Recruitment and Selection Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a strong interest in human resources.

Responsibilities :

Assist with the full recruitment and selection cycle.

Screen resumes and applications.

Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Conduct employment reference checks.

Support various tasks within the Human Resources department.

Requirements :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Psychology.

A strong interest in starting a career in recruitment and selection.

Intermediate to advanced conversational English is essential.

We Offer :

Competitive monthly salary of $14,000 - $16,000 MXN (gross).

Comprehensive benefits package (superior to those required by law).

Direct employment contract with the company.

Full-time schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.

Work location : Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City.
