Position Overview :

FP Alpha is seeking an experienced Estate Lawyer based in Mexico to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US estate law. This role will be based within our Operations team in Mexico City and will play a crucial role in supporting our US operations.

Responsibilities :

• Reviewing estate documents and contracts.
• Extracting relevant estate data from documents.
• Inputting estate data into internal software accurately.
• Collaborating with the legal team in the US to ensure compliance with US estate laws.
• Providing legal insights and recommendations to our internal teams to enhance our services.
• Communication and Collaboration :
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, promoting open communication channels and a shared understanding of goals and priorities.
• Quality Assurance :
• Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed FP Alpha’s standards.
