Overview
As Stori's Head Product Design 2, you will lead and inspire a team of talented designers to create exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and product adoption within our multi-product banking app. You will be responsible for developing a cohesive design vision and strategy for our Credit card, Loan and Deposits products, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our users. You will be a user centered design leader with a passion for collaboration, a fluency with data and a proven track record of driving business results.

Requirements
12+ years of experience in UX / UI design, with at least 5+ years in Sr. leadership roles driving operation excellence (career planning, hiring, critique culture)Proven experience designing and optimizing mobile product experiences.A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead design teams and drive business results through user-centered design.Deep understanding of user research methodologies and user analytics.Expertise in data-driven design optimization.Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Led design in Series B–D stage companies or scaled design teams.Navigated org transitions : from feature teams to platform thinking, or from MVP to growth stageJob Responsibilities
Design leadership : Lead and mentor several teams of designers, providing guidance, feedback, support, growth, inspiration and fostering culture.Design vision, strategy and planning : Develop clear and compelling proposals leveraging customer journey mapping to identify both near and long term opportunities.User research & analysis : Conduct user research and analyze user data to understand user needs and behaviors.Design execution : Oversee the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring strong problem solving, high-quality deliverables and efficiency.Testing & optimization : Consistently target gaps in understanding and define efficient test plans or data that deliver a higher likelihood of success.Cross-functional collaboration : Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science and other stakeholders to consistently ensure success.Design System contribution : Contribute to and advocate for the use of Stori's design system, ensuring its integration into all aspects of design.In Your Application, Please Include
