About the role

As a Media Expert at Nu you will be responsible for defining and delivering Upper and Middle Funnel Media Strategies to drive brand awareness and consideration. Your role consists of designing Media Strategy in partnership with Marketing, Creative and Product and coordinating its implementation, optimization and measurement on cross-channel campaigns. This person will also be responsible for tailoring innovative media activations, managing the relationship with the main Platforms and working closely with Marketing and Creative teams, Analytics and Performance Marketing.

As Media Expert, you\'ll be responsible for :

• Strategy : Define Media strategy in partnership with Marketing, Creative and Product;
• Planning & Execution : Plan, set up and coordinate execution of Upper and Middle Funnel campaigns across digital and offline channels balancing efficiency, business goals and quality of delivery;
• Optimization : Measure, monitor and optimize results;
• Test agenda & Experimentation : Design and coordinate testing agenda aiming to maximize performance and scale validated learnings;
• Budget Management : Create media budget plans, monitor, forecast & report to Finance
• Agencies and Platforms relationship : Negotiate deals and align strategies;
• Team Leadership : Define team roadmap, KRs and expectations; mentor, train, and support junior members, helping to develop the media team and its capabilities.
