Technology Solutions Specialist

Job Purpose : Provide strategic and operational service in information systems, ensuring the availability, functionality, and continuous improvement of technological resources to optimize business processes.Main Responsibilities : Provide first and second-level technical support to internal / external users.Manage and perform preventive / corrective maintenance on computer equipment, networks, and other peripherals.Install, configure, and update software and hardware according to company policies.Monitor the operation of critical systems (POS, servers, etc.) and respond to incidents in a timely manner.Document incidents, solutions, and procedures to generate organizational learning and historical records.Train users in the proper use of technological tools.Collaborate in the implementation of new projects or technologies.Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies.Requirements : Technical degree or bachelor's in Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.English level B2+.

Knowledge of SAP and Java.Previous experience in technical support or systems administration.Knowledge of networks, hardware, software, and office tools.Problem-solving skills and ability to support internal clients in the financial area.Availability to work rotating shifts or be on-call (depending on the area).
