About the Role

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders & translating business goals into people strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Headcount monitoring vs budget, making sure 100% adherence
  • Execute people programs (Performance & Talent Management, Compensation, Development)
  • Partner with leadership to drive data-informed decisions through workforce analytics and insights
  • Impulse and encourage the values and company culture

Qualifications

  • English advanced (must have)
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role (desirable for a dynamic or fast paced environment)
  • Self driven & focuses on results
  • Data driven
