About the Role :
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential sellers through market analysis and field research, building partnerships with local manufacturers and distributors, and developing strategies to increase sellers' Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through data-driven product selection and traffic acquisition tactics.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Market Explorer : Conduct market analysis and identify high-potential sellers
2. Growth Architect : Develop strategies to increase GMV and drive business growth
3. Operational Partner : Guide sellers through platform onboarding and provide weekly performance reviews
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic data analysis capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields is required, along with experience in B2B sales or e-commerce and a strong understanding of Mexican manufacturing clusters.
