Job Title

A seasoned professional is sought after to spearhead key responsibilities within our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• SAP HR configuration and Mexican Payroll expertise are essential for this role.
• Organizational management, personnel administration, and employee self-service skills are required.
• Fiori custom applications development and portal functionalities expertise are necessary.
• Compensation, benefits, time management, payroll, and SuccessFactors knowledge are mandatory.
• Interface building and data transfer to / from multiple vendors experience is a must.
• Training materials and user guides creation ability is desired.
• Conversant in functional specifications preparation for ABAP developments is expected.

This individual will possess hands-on experience in configuring SAP HR systems. Demonstrated expertise in payroll processing, organizational management, and employee self-service functionalities will be valuable. Proficiency in Fiori application development, including frontend design and backend services, is a plus. A strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and time management processes is essential. Ability to create training materials and user guides will be beneficial. Skilled in interface building and data transfer to / from multiple vendors, this individual will also have experience in preparing functional specifications for ABAP developments.
