Job Summary :
The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the sales organization within a semiconductor company. This role is responsible for managing sales processes, tools, and analytics to improve efficiency, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance. The manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage sales performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
 - Oversee CRM systems and ensure data integrity and process compliance.
 - Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
 - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
 - Manage incentive compensation plans and sales commission processes.
 - Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data analysis.
 
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience with global sales teams and complex product portfolios is a plus.
