Warehouse Manager
What you’ll do :
The Logistic Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating control processes within the manufacturing facility. This role involves ensuring optimal production schedules, inventory levels, and facilitating efficient workflow to meet production targets and customer demands through effective warehouse processes and cycle count strategies. Responsibilities include receiving materials, raw material storage, supply components, pickup of materials in production lines, shipping finished goods, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure 100% raw material availability and on-time shipments. Promote efficient communication with demand and production control teams. Follow standards to optimize inventory levels, with a focus on safety.

- Implement conveyance schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels
- Collaborate with FG Planning, RM Planning, and Operations to align production plans with business objectives
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to recommend changes
- Ensure material flow in and out of the facility and warehouse
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
- Guarantee compliance with procedures and standards
- Participate in audits and monitor 5S standards
- Engage in problem-solving analyses as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement programs
- Manage JDE and related warehouse systems
- Coordinate logistics processes to ensure timely delivery
- Participate in operations and staff forums to address systematic issues
- Manage inventory turns through supervision and follow-up
- Provide resources and remove obstacles to meet targets
- Apply APS principles in the work area
