Acquisition Growth Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to fill the role of Acquisition Growth Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-quality insights, strategies, projects, and experiments that generate significant growth in new user acquisition. This will involve in-depth analysis of complex business data across different teams and functions, including marketing, CRM, paid, product, and credit.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify patterns and trends in data sets to generate deep insights on products, user behavior, and risk metrics.
• Design experiments based on exploratory data analysis, testing hypotheses on new user acquisition.
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to new user acquisition.
• Work closely with marketing, product, credit / risk, and operations teams to anticipate analytics needs.
