About the Role

In this opportunity as a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible to :

As our Implementation Consultant in the Legal segment, you will contribute to implementing software solutions while providing exceptional customer service. Your primary duties will include :

Conducting data gathering to understand current processes and future needs.

Configuring workflows to meet client requirements.

Gaining knowledge of the products being implemented.

Providing ongoing support to clients after go-live.

Aiding in user acceptance testing and training sessions.

Facilitating user acceptance testing and ensuring smooth collaboration with users.

Participating in regular status meetings.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes :

You're a fit for this role if you possess the following qualities :

2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in professional services or implementation.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong customer service orientation.

Highly organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with HigHQ and ERP System is a plus.

Familiarity with the legal segment or a degree in Law would be a differential#LI-AZ5
