About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our team as a SAP Technical Lead. This role is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of SAP projects, including Basis / Infrastructure, Reporting & Analytics, Development & Integration, and Data Conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical guidance and planning support to project teams.
Ensure timely completion of technical project deliverables.
Manage overall technical status, tracking, and resource planning.
Resolve technical escalations and provide regular updates to project leadership.
Prioritize technical requirements for sub-teams.
Participate in solution design workshops, infrastructure discussions, technology design, and architecture workshops.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 8 years of experience managing or leading SAP projects and E2E implementations.

Bilingual Spanish / English (B2+ level or higher).

Desirable Requirements :

SAP HANA Certification in finance modules.
