About the Rol :

We're looking for a Commercial Deductions Analyst for our Credit to Cash (C2C) team in Mexico. In this role, you won't just manage numbers; you'll be a crucial strategic partner. You'll work closely with local teams and clients to ensure an efficient cash application process and optimize commercial operations globally.

Responsibilities :

• As a GTN Deductions Analyst, you will be a key player in managing commercial deductions, such as promotions and pricing adjustments. Your main mission is to ensure a seamless workflow and the efficient resolution of discrepancies.
• Manage commercial deductions from end-to-end, from monitoring key metrics to preparing month-end closing reports.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams (sales, finance, etc.) to resolve disputes and secure the collection of outstanding balances.
• Optimize processes by actively participating in continuous improvement, automation, and simplification initiatives.
• Analyze financial data to identify root causes and propose solutions.
