Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative mechanical solutions for manufacturing lines, with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software developers, and production managers to define project requirements and specifications.
• Utilize expertise in machine building and tooling to design and prototype custom equipment and fixtures for automated assembly processes.
• Integrate electronic components and sensors into enclosures to enable product longevity while ensuring ease of manufacturing and cost efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations of mechanical designs to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation equipment and fixtures utilization.
• Support mechanical engineering design and testing activities related to our portfolio solutions.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations throughout the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions.
