We're Hiring : Purchasing Supervisor
We’re looking for a proactive leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for supply chain excellence.
This Purchasing Supervisor will lead a team of material planners and ensure seamless supply chain execution across operations. The role is critical to maintaining inventory balance, preventing over‑purchasing, and driving strategic alignment to meet production and customer demands.
Location : Guadalajara, Jalisco
Industry : Automotive / Industrial Manufacturing
Function : Supply Chain / Purchasing / Operations
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a team of material planners
- Ensure material availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence
- Escalate supply risks with clarity and urgency
- Drive disciplined PO management and supplier follow‑up
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with procurement, logistics, and operations
- Support NPI and engineering changes with timely material readiness
- Promote standardization and process adherence
- Balance short‑term execution with long‑term planning excellence
