About the role

We\'re in search of a proactive Quality Associate to join the Reckitt team, where innovation and science converge to make a real-world impact. You\'ll contribute to the growth of our trusted product portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Your expertise will drive activities from concept to execution, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. You must ensure that the medicines produced at the site have and maintain the required characteristics of identity, purity, safety, efficacy, and quality for their use, through the management of compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) for the analysis of Finished Product, Raw Material, Primary Packaging Material, and the monitoring of Stability Studies.

Location of the role : Tlalpan, Mexico City.

Responsibilities

  • Qualification : Successfully complete qualification for assigned activities according to the training matrix, and keep curricula up to date by attending scheduled trainings in a timely and proper manner, including updates to procedures, guides, directives, etc.
  • Administrative Activities : Carry out tasks related to the laboratory’s administrative and quality systems.
  • Ensure that analytical processes adhere to Quality guidelines, SOPs, RB policies and directives, as well as Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.

The experience we\'re looking for

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or another relevant science.
  • Strong project management experiences with demonstrable problem-solving skills.
  • Independent and self-starting with the resilience needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others, showing strong interpersonal competence and team commitment.
  • Adaptable and collaborative nature, prepared to take accountability for a broad range of activities.
  • Personnel management experience.
  • English proficiency.
  • Previous project management experience, such as Capex, Empower, SAP, or any other continuous improvement project involving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Degree holders in QFB (Pharmaceutical Biologist Chemist), QBP (Biopharmaceutical Chemist), or Biotechnology Engineering.
  • Previous experience in a physicochemical laboratory, including stability studies and project work
