Technical Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience writing and deploying production quality data science models in languages such as Python, including 2+ years of experience in building Generative AI applications.
• Hands-on technical experience with extensive background in deep learning networks using TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe, or similar
• In-depth experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), with a particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures
• Knowledge of end-to-end applications development (including front-end user interface and back-end development) for implementing Generative AI applications (hands-on experience in Full Stack Applications development preferred).
• Strong innovator who understands the nuances of large language models and in-depth hands-on experience working with LLMs like Claude 3 Sonnet, GPT, LLAMA, Transformer-based architectures or other (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) variants
• Proficient knowledge of NLP techniques, including tokenization, language modeling, and embeddings
• Strong experience in model fine tuning and performance evaluation
• Experience in developing Gen AI applications using LangChain or LlamaIndex Library
• Familiarity with database management systems, such as Pinecone, Weaviate DB, vector search algorithms, and LLM embedding layers
• Published research in the NLP field is highly desirable but not specifically required, indicating an ability to not only understand but also contribute to cutting-edge research
• Experience in Python and SQL
