The Regional Control Tower Coordinator is responsible for leading and overseeing all consignment inventory control operations across the TLAC region. This role supervises Control Tower Specialists, ensures accuracy, compliance, and optimization of inventory, and drives continuous improvement in processes and reporting to achieve business KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise activities of Control Tower Specialists by country or territory.
- Ensure timely execution of inventory counts, audits, and KPI reports.
- Define work priorities and plans according to business needs and regional goals.
- Consolidate inventory performance data and analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee compliance with corporate inventory policies and local regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement projects in data accuracy, inventory optimization, and reporting tools.
- Act as the main liaison between Control Tower, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and optimize product availability.
- Develop team members’ skills and performance through coaching and feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Postgraduate studies in Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain, and at least 2 years in team coordination or leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel and Power BI, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Language: Intermediate to advanced English level required.
