About the Company :

We are seeking a qualified Global Mobility Professional to join our Americas team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, overseeing intricate international assignment matters related to immigration, taxes, social security, and local legislation. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding long-term assignees and foreign local hires through the international assignment and hire process, ensuring an excellent assignee experience, compliance with global mobility principles, and maintaining proactive communication throughout the assignment life-cycle.

Required Skills :

• 2+ years of international assignments knowledge with a focus on immigration, taxes, social security, local legislation, or related HR service functions.
• Desirable : Knowledge of migration processes in the US
• Proficient in English language
• BA / BS in a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• International teamwork and global collaboration
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Foreign language abilities (Spanish / Portuguese preferred)
• Service delivery management
