Are you a detail-oriented and passionate legal professional looking for a new challenge? We have immediate openings for talented individuals to support our U.S. law firm.

We seek experienced legal assistants who can effectively manage multiple tasks, communicate with clients, and provide comprehensive support to the legal team.

Please note : This position is for independent contractors. You will be responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess new cases and provide preliminary evaluations to the legal team.
Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with the legal team.
Manage and maintain case files with precision.
Communicate with clients to provide updates on their cases.
Serve as a liaison between clients and the legal team.
Coordinate with external experts and vendors as necessary.
Provide comprehensive support to the legal team.
Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents.

Requirements :

At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant.

Thorough knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
