Key Role Summary

About the Position

We seek a seasoned Resource Allocation Specialist to contribute to our workforce planning and capacity management efforts in Guadalajara. This key role will be responsible for effective resource allocation, ensuring projects are staffed according to business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Oversee end-to-end resource allocation across multiple business units for various projects.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Track resource availability, bench management, and future demand planning to optimize project delivery.
• Maintain accurate data in resource management tools and systems to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend talent acquisition or upskilling initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Produce regular reports and insights on utilization, forecasting, and workforce trends to inform business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements in all staffing activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in workforce and capacity management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or similar roles (preferably in IT or professional services) is necessary. Strong understanding of resource allocation models, demand / supply planning, and utilization metrics is essential.

Proficiency in MS Excel and resource management systems (e.g., SAP, Clarity, or similar) is also required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Spanish are necessary for success in this role. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment is critical.
