We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Integration Delivery Lead with a strong technical background to lead and guide a team of integration engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of short-cycle integration projects, combining leadership, operational excellence, and technical expertise in APIs, RPA, and AI tools.
This role is key to translating business processes into technical workflows, ensuring solution quality, and providing close support to customers and internal teams.
Experience in cybersecurity or digital identity is a plus.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Delivery
Lead, inspire, and mentor a distributed team of integration engineers.
Ensure high-quality deliverables, from scope definition to delivery, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Serve as the point of contact with customers : manage expectations, validate workflows, and meet SLAs.
Design repeatable processes that ensure scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Technical Oversight
Design and oversee integrations with APIs, RPA, AI, and secure identity operations.
Translate manual processes into clear, automated technical specifications.
Provide hands-on support for complex solutions and empower the team.
Develop reusable assets, frameworks, and playbooks to accelerate delivery.
Keep up with trends in automation, security, and AI.
Operational Efficiency and Strategy
Ensure project velocity and predictability, identifying bottlenecks.
Implement process and tool improvements to increase productivity.
Design packaged integrations that reduce time-to-value for customers.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in solution delivery roles.
3+ years leading technical teams.
Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, RPA, and AI platforms. Experience with web crawlers (XPath, CSS selectors, JSON, APIs).
Experience with AI tools (e.g., GPT, Cursor) to boost productivity.
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical solutions.
Experience leading high-performance teams in dynamic, customer-facing environments.
Experience in cybersecurity or identity (desirable).
Advanced English and native Spanish.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and empathetic leadership skills.
