We are seeking a Data Entry and Order Processing Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico . Accurately entering and processing purchase orders, ensuring data correctness in our systems

Performing data entry related to purchase orders, invoicing, and payments

Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities, bank reconciliations, and month-end / year-end closings

Basic experience or knowledge in data entry, order processing, and related administrative tasks

Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems used in the U.QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)

S. tax and accounting regulations

Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools

Advanced English skills (written and spoken) – required for communication with U.Opportunities to collaborate with international teams and gain global experience

Undergraduate Degree

English C1 proficiency (decisive requirement)

At least 3 years of experience in data entry

Permanent contract

Schedule : 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday (Mexico time)
