We’re looking for a Automotive Credit Manager to join our team and lead strategic credit risk operations with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and customer-centric decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Leading and coaching a team of credit and control analysts to ensure compliance with company policies, risk rules, and KPIs.
• Overseeing credit evaluations, sensitive case presentations, and applicant interviews to deeply understand financial profiles.
• Designing local processes to improve risk control and team productivity.
• Developing KPIs and dashboards that support agile decision-making and operational excellence.
• Managing data providers and leveraging information sources to optimize risk analysis and process automation.
• Ensuring communication and alignment with cross-functional teams such as Risk, Sales, Legal, and external partners.
• Safeguarding all legal and financial documentation within the document vault.

We’re looking for someone with :

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or credit operations—preferably with a focus on car loans.

Proven leadership experience managing credit or risk teams.

Knowledge of national credit bureaus, financial databases, and official registries.

Strong understanding of loan products, financial regulations, and compliance standards.

Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software systems.
