Role Overview
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on
Junior Media Buyer
with proven experience managing
large ad budgets for a single DTC eCommerce brand
The client is not focused on candidates juggling multiple small accounts—what matters is
deep, hands-on experience scaling one DTC brand with significant spend
In this role, you'll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, X, and emerging platforms like Rumble, Vibe.co, and DV360.
You'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, traffic, and conversions—experimenting with new channels, analyzing performance, and pushing campaigns to the next level.
Your Responsibilities :
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns primarily on Google Ads and X
Scale campaigns across additional platforms : Rumble, Vibe.co, DV360
Partner with creative and internal teams to develop ad strategy, targeting, and creative assets
Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and report actionable insights
Recommend optimizations based on data and campaign results
Support testing of new ad platforms and traffic sources
Utilize Shopify for conversion tracking, funnel insights, and optimization
Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to maximize performance
1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social or search campaigns—
Google Ads and / or X experience is required
Proven experience managing a large ad budget for a single DTC eCommerce brand
(not multiple small accounts)
Experience with higher budget ad management
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance metrics
Familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify
Located in Latin America or able to ensure overlapping availability with PST hours
Excellent communication and remote-collaboration skills
Detail-oriented and proactive—ready to take initiative in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have :
Experience with Rumble, Vibe.co, and DV360
A creative eye for both ad messaging and visual storytelling
