The inplant for the DHL operation works together with the CPS and car underwriters’ team, managing the delivery of maintenance endorsements, guaranteeing the issuance and delivery of its production in a timely manner.

For the BBVA process, the inplant works with different areas of the company such as CPS, underwriters of Financial Lines, collections, following up on the requirements of the bank's clients, to manage quotes, issuance, collection, application, guaranteeing the entire end-to-end process for generating business.

About the position

In 2024, it provided processing for more than 500 maintenance services between registrations, deregistration and modifications, achieving the registration of more than 1k new vehicles in the fleet, which represented just over 200k dollars of issued and paid premium.

For BBVA, I managed to provide BBVA customers with more than 800 services, including quotes, issuances, applications and delivery of information. Achieving end-to-end monitoring and management throughout the entire process.

Activities and skills

• Customer service, providing ongoing support, resolving queries and problems in a professional and efficient manner.
• Review and analysis of minimum information required to request different quotes and/or issues
• Monitoring quotes and issues
• Providing support and advice on the use of different self-service platforms.
• Coordinating sessions with the technical team to solve complex problems
• Sending contractual documentation, as well as collection notices and invoices.
• Managing the collection of policies, as well as the correct application of premiums.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions, preparing periodic reports on satisfaction, recurring problems and areas for improvement, showing the results and recommendations to the company's commercial, technical and operational team.
• Scheduling visits and meetings at the client's facilities.
• Active communication with the business lines of both Personal Lines and Financial Lines.

Experience

- Thorough understanding of the products or services offered by the company.

- Experience in management software, intermediate Excel, knowledge of Kpi's.

- Data analysis skills

- Previous experience in customer service roles

- Demonstrated experience in identifying and resolving customer issues.
