As we expand our team in Mexico City, we are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to support our leadership and ensure smooth, efficient operations.Interact with Our Founder Chatbot : Get to know our vision by interacting with our CHRO Chatbot here, and with founder chatbot, Dan, here.About the Role : As an Executive Assistant based in Mexico City, you will provide high-level administrative support directly to executives, helping to manage schedules, coordinate communications, and facilitate efficient workflow.

You will be a key liaison between leadership and internal teams as well as external partners, contributing to the company's operational success and growth.What You'll Do : Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings to optimize time and priorities.Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective information flow.Organize travel arrangements, event planning, and team logistics as needed.Support project tracking and follow-up to help driving company initiatives forward.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other executive materials.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help streamline processes and improve efficiency.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.Contribute to fostering a positive and productive office culture in the Mexico City location.Technical Requirements : Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar management software).
