Lead Manufacturing Specialist

The role of the Lead Manufacturing Specialist is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, product excellence, and industrial safety at a power transformer plant.

• Develop, execute, and manage investment projects in infrastructure, machinery, and equipment to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
• Promote lean manufacturing principles, six sigma methodologies, and quality tools to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Specify, coordinate, and supervise the installation of specialized equipment for testing laboratories to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Evaluate and integrate advanced technologies and automation to improve productivity, efficiency, and traceability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as FMEA, work instructions, flow diagrams, and procedures to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

The selected candidate will collaborate with various departments including production, special process, quality, EHS, design, test field, purchasing, commercial, and technical teams to drive business success.
