About Our Opportunity :
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to spearhead our growth in Mexico's piping and plumbing hardware industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Distributor Management : Develop and maintain relationships with local distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts;
- Product Promotion : Promote our comprehensive product range, including ductile iron pipes, smart water meters, valves, malleable iron fittings, and grooved systems;
- Business Development : Identify and pursue business opportunities in construction, water supply, fire protection, and infrastructure projects;
- Sales Cycle Leadership : Lead customer identification, presentations, quotations, contract negotiation, and after-sales follow-up;
- Relationship Building : Foster long-term relationships with contractors, project consultants, EPC firms, and resellers;
- Market Intelligence : Provide market insights and customer feedback to optimize strategy and product offerings;
- Interdepartmental Coordination : Collaborate with internal departments, including technical, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the relevant industry;Proven ability to develop distribution channels and major accounts independently;Familiarity with the local construction materials and infrastructure market;Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written;Excellent skills in business development, communication, and relationship management;A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, or related fields;Willingness to travel as needed within Mexico.Benefits :
