What is your day-to-day like?
Provide strategic, tactical, and operational leadership and guide team activities.
Ensure that engineering activities are completed on time and within budget, meeting JLL and client quality standards.
Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Ensure that maintenance of the client's most important assets meets applicable maintenance norms.
Support the technical team and central ES team on technical matters.
Ensure that preventive maintenance programs are completed on time, generating information in a timely manner.
Ensure prompt attention to corrective maintenance generated by each client, documenting response times in different systems.
Maintain close communication with the client to inform them of progress on preventive maintenance programs and corrective maintenance.
Ensure that all services performed by your team are documented through reports and / or automated management systems.
Guarantee that your team has all necessary elements and resources to perform assigned tasks (tools, vehicles, uniforms, stationery, consumables, spare parts, travel expenses, etc.).
Desired experience and technical skills
In electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering. Graduated or in the process of graduating. Intermediate English, to be used for emails and reports. Practical knowledge of tools and techniques of Best Practices.
