- Strategic Talent Management : Partner with senior leaders on talent strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Organizational Design & Planning : Support leaders in structuring teams and roles to meet business needs and execute on strategic goals.
- End-to-End HR Operations : Drive comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Data-Driven Consulting : Leverage people analytics to provide leaders with actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Culture & Communication : Promote and nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving culture while facilitating effective communication across all levels and regions.
