The role of a sales director involves driving revenue growth, expanding market share and achieving business objectives through effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include :
1. Establishing annual / quarterly / monthly sales targets and developing plans to meet or exceed these goals.
2. Developing product, channel and service planning to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
3. Managing channels effectively to drive business growth and expand customer reach.
4. Building and managing terminal facilities, store sales and promotions to increase revenue and customer engagement.
5. Creating and managing a local aerial work platform machinery marketing team with excellent coordination between subsidiary departments and product lines.
6. Following up on government projects and key customer development opportunities to identify new business potential.
7. Coordinating public relations for subsidy policies and building financial channels with the credit finance manager to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
1. Bachelor degree or above in business administration, machinery or related fields is required.
2. At least 5 years of sales and market management experience with market development and good communication skills is necessary.
3. Prior experience with local aerial work platform machinery channel resources is preferred.
4. Proficiency in English as a working language is also required.
