We are looking for aDesign Release Engineer (DRE) to join our team in Mexico, focusing onCockpit Systems : Instrument Panel, Center Console, Interior Trims, HVAC Integration, Ducts and Cross Car Beam.What you'll do :
Design, validate, and release cockpit components.
Manage CNs, BOMs, and release documentation in Teamcenter / Enovia.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, purchasing, validation).
Support prototype builds, pre-series, launches, and resolve engineering issues.
Conduct and track DVP&R testing (fit & finish, durability, NVH, thermal, safety).
Apply DFMEA / PFMEA methodologies to ensure robust design.What we're looking for :
~ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or related.
~2–5 years of experience in cockpit / interior systems (IP, console, trims, ducts).
~ Strong proficiency inNX / Teamcenter or CATIA / Enovia.
~ Knowledge of injection molding, foaming, painting, and assembly processes.
~ English : technical proficiency (oral and written).
Nice to have :
OEM or Tier 1 experience in cockpit / interior systems.
Familiarity with ergonomics, occupant packaging, crash and safety standards.
Experience with validation, issue management systems (Tag QLs, E-CIMS).
