Identify, prospect, and develop new accounts with local and multinational companies.
Create commercial proposals for Recruitment, RPO, Permanent Placement, and Talent Solutions services.
Manage and grow an existing client portfolio.
Oversee the sales pipeline : from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities in the sales funnel.
Negotiate and close contracts with managerial and executive levels (HR, Finance, General Management).
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of valuable solutions to clients.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B consultative sales (preferably in human resources services, consulting, IT, outsourcing, or staffing).
Knowledge of the market and its business dynamics.
Strong negotiation skills, executive presentation abilities, and relationship management at the C-Level.
Completed university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
