We’re looking for a Recruiter to work with a U.S.-based organization within the healthcare and senior-living industry. This psition is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of frontline and operational roles such as dining staff, caregivers, and part-time or per-diem clinical professionals (e.g., dietitians).
This is a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting role focused on candidate management, coordination with hiring managers, and maintaining an excellent candidate experience from screening through offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and operational roles — for high volume operation.
- Conduct candidate screenings via phone or Teams to assess fit, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and smooth logistics.
- Move candidates through the ATS (PeopleHub) and complete required documentation accurately.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and hiring managers throughout each stage of the process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, aligning communication tone and professionalism with company standards.
- Quickly learn and adapt to internal systems and processes, including PeopleHub and Paradox.
- Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members, including Strategic Frontline Partners and the Guadalajara-based TA Specialist, to support hiring goals.
Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for high-volume or hourly roles.Strong experience managing frontline, operational, or customer-facing positions.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced English level (spoken and written).Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes efficiently.Experience in healthcare or senior living is a plus, but not required.Familiarity with PeopleHub (internal system) and Paradox (AI recruiting tool) is a plus.Benefits
