Job Title : Digital Transformation Specialist

This role is ideal for an individual with expertise in designing and implementing digital transformation solutions using cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of software development principles, data analysis, and business process improvement.

The Digital Transformation Specialist will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to plan, design, implement, test, and monitor new or modified business process solutions. This includes developing and managing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, conducting system requirements analysis, and translating these requirements into practical system designs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps, PowerBI, and Power Automate. Additionally, they should have experience with Agile methodologies, Python programming (a plus), and working in operations, maintenance, or digital process improvement solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Work with stakeholders to plan, design, implement, test, and monitor new or modified business process solutions.
• Conduct system requirements analysis and translate these requirements into practical system designs.
• Assist in the development of preliminary system design documents and detail design specifications.
• Create customized reports in PowerBI to support organizational needs regarding data analysis from completed projects.
