Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of payroll-related tasks, including preparation and calculation of payrolls, accounting of income and expenses, and bank reconciliations.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparation and calculation of payrolls
• Accounting of income and expenses
• Bank reconciliations
• Record supplier accruals, personal expense vouchers, credit card vouchers, expense reimbursements and petty cash reimbursements
• Preparation and stamping of customer invoices
• Recording and associating customer collections and vendor payments
• Attention and customer service
