Safran Aircraft Engines has a network of civil engine maintenance workshops throughout the world and offers its customers a full range of interventions : performance restoration, replacement of parts with a limited lifespan, inspection and maintenance of the entire engine and its equipment.

MAIN TASKS :

Participate as an industrial representative in the development of new repairs within the multidisciplinary rapair groups and be the focal point and coordinator for the development of industrialization

Manage the industrialization of repairs in Queretaro´s site through a project team and lead operational problem solving groups by guaranteeing the quality of our processes.

Propose and manage projects to obtain the robustness of our industrial tool and lead improvement and standardization projects for industrialization processes for the network.

Required Competences / Skills :

Bachelor´s degree on Aeronautics o similar experience

Basic knowledge of manufacturing and / or repair processes : bushings and other hardware replacement, drilling, thermal spraying, welding, shot-blasting, etc

Observation, analysis and synthesis focus

Project management and risk analysis skills

Technical maintenance documentation interpretation for job orders creation

Advanced English

SAP general knowledge
