Multinational company specialized in assistance services (home, medical, roadside, travel, health, and more) is offering a managerial position : REGIONAL CHANNELS MANAGEMENT FOR EURASIA (based in Mexico).
Responsibilities
- Manage the Call Centers of the subsidiaries in Spain, Turkey, Italy, and Portugal , ensuring alignment with commercial partners’ agreements.
- Evaluate performance metrics and compliance with productivity indicators.
- Lead and supervise the sales teleoperator teams .
- Define and agree on sales guidelines with commercial partners according to business agreements.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).Over 3 years of experience managing Call Centers in the European assistance or insurance market.Immediate availability.We Offer
